What ingredients does NOICE toothpaste contain?

Our formula is:

Yep! Our essential oils and active ingredients are all organic certified. Our formula is 99.3% natural.

We're currently re-formulating our dental gel and swapping non-organic sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) with 100% organic sodium cocoyl glutamate (SCG).

NOICE formula offers complete oral care! It can:

Not really! It's less "paste-y" than normal toothpaste, foams more than solid toothpaste, and less than regular toothpaste. Just make sure to add water before applying NOICE toothpaste and brush away!

Our formula does not contain fluoride. NOICE dental gel contains Licorice Root Extract, which contains an active ingredient that helps fight oral disease-causing bacteria and tooth decay.

NOICE toothpaste is not recommended for children under age 12. We are currently working on developing a children's version of NOICE toothpaste.

No! NOICE toothpaste contains essential oils such as peppermint and citrus peel that are delicious and safe for human toothpaste, but potentially harmful to our pets. Please keep this out of reach from our furry friends!

Our bottles contain 45ml (1.6 fl.oz.) of natural toothpaste, that is enough for a little over 1 month of brushing for two people twice a day!

Plus, it fits nicely in your carry-on luggage when you fly. :-)

Each refill bottle is also 45ml (1.6 fl.oz.).

Refills are currently set in glass bottles for consumers to swap to when they are finished with their initial toothpaste bottle.

We are currently identifying potential home compostable, sustainably sourced packaging solutions in our efforts to follow the Zero Waste concept. The goal is to send our refill toothpaste in biodegradable pods that can be tossed into the backyard or landfill without contributing to greater waste or environmental degradation.

The Relative Dentin Abrasitity (RDA) scale, developed by the American Dental Association, assesses toothpaste abrasiveness against a standard measurement. NOICE Dental Gel RDA value is 79.

Which means that our formulation as a medium to low abrasivity value. We use very thin grade charcoal that naturally capture the stains & whiten the teeth smoothly without damaging the enamel. 

To receive the American Dental Association's Seal of Acceptance, a toothpaste's Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA) cannot exceed a score of 250. Toothpaste makers measure their product's abrasivity as it is required for FDA approval, but it's not required to report.

RDA values for common toothpaste:

0-70 - low abrasive

70-100 - medium abrasive

100-150 - highly abrasive

250 - regarded as harmful limit

1. Receive your single trial bottle of NOICE toothpaste, which lasts ~6 weeks.
2. Your first refill pack arrives 6 weeks later and contains 3 refill bottles of toothpaste.
3. Your second refill pack, and every refill pack afterwards, arrives every 16 weeks.

You receive an automatic email before each shipment notifying you when your subscription refill is about to renew.

You can easily postpone, skip, or cancel your next shipment by logging into your account. To log in, click the user icon in the top right corner + enter your account credentials.

Changes

Making changes to your subscription is easy! If you wish to delay the delivery of your refill, here are the following steps:

• log into your NOICE account
• Press the user icon in the top right corner with the green check mark
• press 'Manage Subscriptions'
• Next to your product, press 'Edit' under Actions
• Click 'Change next charge date'.

Changing your charge date will change the delivery date of your next refill.

Cancelling

You can cancel your order at any time through the NOICE account portal.

Once we receive and place your order, however, we cannot cancel it since the product is already in the process of shipping. This process happens quickly, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel an already placed order.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@noicecare.com with the subject line 'CANCEL' and your reason for cancelling, and we will do our best to check the status of your order to see if we can cancel it in time!

3. In left menu that pops up, click ‘Manage Subscription’

4. Under the ‘Your next order’ header, click on your subscription product again

5. Click on your subscription product again

6. Scroll down and click on ‘Cancel subscription’

NOICE dental gel + subscription is currently available for purchase through our website in the US, Canada, and UK.

Our dental gel is also available for purchase in US and Canada through Loop Store, in Singapore through the Social Space, and in New Zealand through EcoWarehouse.
